Completing the Registration Process is completely voluntary. In the Registration Process, englishandspanish.com discloses to the Client that englishandspanish.com will not use the information collected in the Registration Process to target advertising to the interests of the Client and that englishandspanish.com may not sell or transfer the information to third parties without the prior consent of the Client. The Client is under no obligation to provide Client Information, but they will not be able to access all the features of the Website without providing Client Information.

2. Other Information.

In addition to the Registration Process, the other occasions when englishandspanish.com requests information are (1) when a Client makes a request for specific englishandspanish.com products or services, and (2) when a Client voluntarily subscribes to either of our basic information packages (together, “Other Information”).

Deletion of Client Information

Users have the ability to request deletion of their Client Information by sending an email to master@englishandspanish.com.
